LOCATION TIPS:
Upon your arrival at Parkview Bryan Hospital, please park in lot #2 (it is the back/west parking lot).
Enter the hospital through the west doors (the therapy/west clinics entrance).
Upon entering the hospital, proceed to the elevator and take it up to the 4th floor. Once getting off the elevator on the 4th floor, turn left and follow the hall nearly to the end where you will find the Board Room. The Board Room is where the photo shoot will take place.
PHOTOGRAPHER Lesa Van Meter is in the Board Room to greet you upon your arrival.

CLOTHING TIPS:
BE PREPARED: Arrive fully dressed and ready for your photographs. Shoes will NOT be visible but everything else will be.
CLOTHING: Gentlemen, please wear a suit, tie and formal button-down shirt. Ladies, please wear a business casual top and, ideally, layer with a jacket. Solid colors work great. Contrasting colors are wonderful for layers/ties/accessories. Avoid overly loud prints. Remember that this is a professional headshot for Parkview Marketing. Scrubs are NOT appropriate professional headshot attire.
EYEGLASSES: It’s fine to wear glasses for your shoot. If they’re part of you, then they need to be included. However, they need to be spotlessly clean because any fingermarks or dust will show up on the final image.
HAIR: Prepare your hair in advance (we do have a mirror available in the studio so you can make your own last minute adjustments).
STAINS/PET HAIR: Make sure your chosen outfit does not have any stains. Use a lint roller to remove any pet hairs from clothing (pay particular attention to the shoulder and chest area).
POSING/LIGHTING: Per Parkview Marketing's branding and image guidelines, the exact same poses and lighting are used for every single person.
Reshoot requests are the full financial responsibility of the person being photographed.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your session for ANY reason, you MUST use the reschedule button at the bottom of the session confirmation email or email info@ShadowlandsPhotography.com directly. There is a $75 session fee charged for no-shows and reschedules less than 24 hours in advance of the booked session. Booked sessions are considered a no-show for late arrivals of 5 minutes or more.
