Session Experiences

All Shadowlands Photography high school senior portrait session experiences include:

• Unlimited outfits (you are only limited by your session time)

• Unlimited locations in Fort Wayne (you are only limited by your session time)

• Flexible add-on upgrade options (such as additional time, locations outside of Fort Wayne, professional hair styling & makeup application and more)

• Pre-session planning party via zoom or FaceTime

• Mastering of your session images (including retouching)

• 30 days online proofing & shopping gallery and in-person session reveal/ordering options

• Access to custom-designed print & products

Most of our senior portrait clients invest $500+ for their session experiences and products. Additional prints, digital files and photo products can be purchased separately from the session. We have four senior photo session experience options. Which one is the best fit for YOU?

• The Piccino ($250) - 30 minute portrait session, plus a $75 photo product shopping credit

• The Story ($495) - 60 minute portrait session, plus a $125 photo product shopping credit

• The Moment ($745) - 90 minute portrait session, plus a $250 photo product shopping credit

• The Dream ($1,145) - Choose either:

  • 180 total minutes of photography split between 2-3 separate seasons/dates, plus a $300 photo product shopping credit

  • OR 2 hours of photography with professional hair and makeup styling, plus a $300 photo product shopping credit

The details of each experience and the terms and conditions can be reviewed during a Discovery Call and/or a Planning Call.

Prints + Photo Products

We understand that every senior's wishes are unique so we give you the freedom to purchase what you want (and nothing you don't). Get inspired about some of our photo products for seniors. The process of turning your images into long-lasting high quality photo products is very important to us, so we offer services and products that make the ordering process easy and convenient such as a 30 day private online proofing & shopping gallery, custom-designed graduation party invitations, custom-designed coffee table books, and more.

All of our photo products can be purchased either a la carte, or in bundled collection.

How to Book

If you have questions prior to booking, schedule a Discovery Call at your convenience.

1. Submit a Senior Portrait Session Booking Agreement to commit to a date and time for your session. A $125.00 non-refundable booking deposit is a required part of the agreement. The full booking deposit is applied toward the portrait session experience investment.

2. After we receive your booking, we will contact you to schedule a planning call. During your planning call, you will choose your desired offerings (portrait session experience, add-ons, etc.

FAQs

When do I need to book senior pictures?
ASAP. Lesa’s studio hours are limited and they are filling up quickly. Putting a deposit on your desired date and time reserves your session. Seniors, your last year of high school is going to be very full, so planning ahead is essential.

I want both indoor and outdoor settings, is that possible?
Yes. Shadowlands Photography has indoor studio session space as well as access to thousands of outdoor locations.

Can the photo shoot take place at multiple locations?
Yes. Shadowlands Photography offers various senior portrait session experiences which can include multiple locations. The longer your session time, the more time we have for traveling to multiple locations.

Is getting my hair and makeup professionally done an option?
Yes. Shadowlands Photography has access to teams of professional, licensed hair and makeup artists.

Can you remove skin blemishes?
Yes. All purchased images can be retouched upon request.

Can I bring a friend or parent with me to the photo shoot?
Yes. Just let us know in advance.

Are photo products and digital downloads included for free as part of the session fee?
Photo product shopping credits are included with each senior portrait session experience. Inquire for details. Shopping credits can be applied toward anything in your private online shopping gallery including things like framed wall prints, coffee table albums, digital files, graduation party invitations and more. How soon will I be able to view my proofs?
Approximately two weeks after your session.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Shadowlands Photography accepts major credit cards, cash or check. We also offer 0% 3 or 6 month payment plans - just ask!
